COVID 19 UPDATE

Business as usual!  We will continue to dispatch your orders on a daily basis but are currently experiencing very high order volumes which can cause 24 to 48 hour delays in dispatch at our Sydney warehouse.  Australia Post and all courier services are currently experiencing significant delivery delays in lockdown area's, whilst some parcels still arrive quickly delays of up to 7- 14 business days is not unusual.  Please follow the tracking on your parcel for updates on the location of your delivery.  If your location is in lockdown please expect delivery delays in your area due to increased delivery volumes and restricted movement for delivery drivers. 

For Sunshine Coast locals the free Click & Collect option is always available at our Noosa Junction toy store.   Not all items are in stock in store so items transferred from our warehouse can be caught up in the delivery delays and take up to 5 days to arrive in store.  Please call the store to confirm if an item is in stock in store if you need immediate pick up.

All orders are next business day dispatch from our warehouse (peak times may affect next day dispatch), however we have no control over delays once the items leave our warehouse and are in transit with delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates only, we recommend you allow additional transit time or utilise express shipping during peak periods or if you require an item by a specific date.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, our orders are dispatched daily from our Noosa store or our Sydney warehouse postcode 2170, to obtain an estimated delivery time to your location visit the Australia Post website here Australia Post Delivery Times and enter our postcode 2170 and yours.  We use both courier services and Australia Post for our deliveries and choose the fastest delivery service for your location.  Remember delivery times are only an estimate so if you require your order by a specific date allow an additional 2 business days to be safe or utilise the express shipping option.   

Shipping Australia Wide - Parcel Tracking & Delivery Times
We currently use a range of shipping providers based on the fastest delivery service for your area, this means our customers have the advantage of next business day delivery for express orders within the 1 day express network and the fastest possible delivery times for standard delivery. Large orders and bulky items over 5kg and deliveries to remote areas may incurr an additional shipping charge, we will contact you if your order is over the 5kg limit and has additional shipping charges. 

Though we guarantee to dispatch your order in a timely manner from our warehouse we cannot guarantee delivery times, once the parcel is out of our hands we rely on our carriers to deliver your parcel within their delivery guidelines.  It should be noted that though the delivery times are usually very accurate they are not 100% guaranteed and unforseen delays can happen, we recommend you allow additional time for your parcel to arrive in the event of any unforseen delays.  This is especially important during lockdowns or peak periods around Christmas time.  

All our parcels are sent with Authority to Leave at your home.  If you DO NOT have a secure location for your parcel to be left unattended by the courier please select the Signature On Delivery option at the checkout to ensure your items are not left unattended.  NOTE parcels delivered Authority To Leave are NOT covered by insurance as we cannot guarantee the security of parcels delivered without a signature.

If your address can only receive items via Australia Post or you have a specific location you would like the parcel to be left please ensure you specify this in the Delivery Instructions box at the checkout. 

FREE SHIPPING on Standard Shipping in Australia is available on orders over AU $200.00 **Excludes deliveries to remote areas and some large boxed items or orders over 5KG.  We will contact you with a shipping price on orders over AU $200.00 that contain excluded items or are over 5kg.

CLICK & COLLECT

FREE PARCEL PICK UP in store.  Order online and collect from the Rainbow Fun Sunshine Coast store in Noosa, we are located at 16-18 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads.  Please note that some items may be at our warehouse which can take 2-3 business days to arrive in store, we will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to collect.  Contact our store on 0456 239 966 if you would like to confirm availability of an item for immediate collection.

ORDER TRACKING 

IMPORTANT:  Please follow the tracking information on your parcel! 

Upon dispatch of your order you will be emailed a dispatch notice with a consignment number for tracking your order online via the carrier website.  When you place your order please add Rainbow Fun as a safe sender to your inbox to avoid dispatch information going into your junk mail folder.  The dispatch email contains your parcel tracking number and the carrier name and website for online tracking of your parcel.

We recommend you keep up to date with your parcel location so you are aware of when your parcel is due to arrive and can contact us promptly if there are delivery issues.  If a courier leaves a card for your item you must contact them promptly to arrange re-delivery or your item will be returned to us.  Additional shipping fees apply for redelivery of parcels.

PARCEL RETURNS

Parcel returns due to incorrect or insufficient delivery information may incur additional shipping fees for us to resend the parcel, note these items may also incur a Return To Sender fee which is charged by our carrier to return the parcel to us.  To avoid parcel returns please ensure you supply us with the correct delivery information when you place your order to ensure we can deliver your parcels in a timely and efficient manner.  Use the Delivery Instructions box at the checkout to specify a safe location to leave your parcel or choose Signature On Delivery if you do not wish your parcel to be left unattended.  Delivery fees are NOT refunded on parcels returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses.  Note that parcel returns may also take longer than regular delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
YES WE ARE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! 
International delivery times can be 3 - 4 weeks longer than normal due to the limited freight capacity on international air services.  Coronavirus related delays and closures of some international locations are affecting delivery - we recommend you review the Australia Post update page to ensure you understand the delays for your location.  Please expect significant delays on the standard delivery times for your location.

We ship our items worldwide with Australia Post International.  Delivery times vary from 1-3 weeks for economy airmail and 3-10 business days for International Express.  Shipping prices for orders up to 5kg can be calculated by entering your country and post code/zip code once you have added items to your shopping cart. All prices are in AUD$.  Shipping on orders over 5kg, or bulky items will be quoted separately.  We will contact you with a quotation for shipping if your order is over the 5kg or 140cm girth limit for Australia Post.

Please be aware of the following terms & conditions for international orders:

  • We only use reputable international courier companies for shipping purposes eg Australia Post/TNT/DHL as they provide the highest quality of service and tracking for your order. We will endeavour to secure the cheapest quotation on your behalf.
  • Import duties and taxes for delivery to international locations are NOT included in our quotation.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and pay all duties and taxes for the goods upon delivery.  We ensure we pay all the Australian duties and taxes prior to the goods leaving Australia.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for international orders that are not deliverable upon arrival at their destination. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all of the shipping information is 100% accurate and someone available to sign for the goods upon arrival at your nominated delivery address. 
  • In the instance the items are undeliverable and are returned to us in their original condition we will refund the goods only portion of the order less any additional shipping fees incurred for the return of the items.  Delivery fees are NOT refundable. 
  • If you are using your own courier for delivery we take no responsibility for the order once it has been collected from our warehouse.  Orders must be signed for upon collection from our warehouse, once collected the items are at the full responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If you are using your own courier orders are only available for collection by your courier once all payments are made and the funds have been cleared with our banking institution, please be aware it can take up to 10 business days for the bank to confirm validity of international transactions.  We will contact you as soon as the funds have cleared and your order is ready for collection.
