The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative to provide funds for people who have permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities.

Rainbow Fun Toys is a registered NDIS provider (Rainbow Fun Toy Store NDIS provider number: 4050049284) in all states except for WA and NT. We provide positive, meaningful and fun learning resources in the ‘consumables’ category. To place an NDIS order with us you can visit Rainbow Fun at our Sunshine Coast based Noosa Toy Store or shop online via our website. We will do our best to provide ideas on assistive and educational toys that support your child's learning journey and encourage them to reach their goals sooner.

If you are Self Managed:

Please purchase your goods by your preferred shopping experience, in store or online, and we will provide a tax invoice for your independent claim.
 

If you are using a Plan Manager:

1. Go to the Checkout page
2. Choose Direct Deposit as your payment method.
3. Email:
ndis@rainbowfun.com.au with your order number, the service participant name, NDIS number and your Plan Manager.

We will lodge a tax invoice with your Plan Manager to receive payment. 

The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan. Once your purchases are approved and payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.


If you are NDIA Managed:

1. Go to the Checkout page
2. Choose Direct Deposit as your payment method.
3. Download and complete the SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM click here
4. Email your completed Service Agreement Form and your order number to
ndis@rainbowfun.com.au

We will lodge your order through the NDIA portal. IMPORTANT - We cannot lodge your order without the Service Agreement.
 

The NDIA is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan. Once your purchases are approved and payment is received from NDIA, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.

If NDIS participants, their support coordinator, caretaker, guardian, plan manager or family do not what to discuss feedback, complaints, incidents or risks directly with Rainbow Fun, they are directed to contact the NDIS Quality Safeguards and Commission on 1800 035 544 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm or to visit www.ndiscommission.gov.au to fill out a Complaint Contact Form.
